This past Thursday morning my classmates and I head up to Maine with determination and a desire to live off the land. Over the weekend we to chopped wood, cooked over open flames, jumped in lakes at six in the morning, waded through rivers, and hiked up a small mountain on the northernmost part of the Appalachian Trial. Being completely tech-free and in the middle of the woods really allowed us to escape civilization and further appreciate nature. Especially when we reached the summit of the mountain.
